About “Family Fortress”
The name “Family Fortress” is not just a tribute to the history of the city or Lubart’s castle. “My home is my castle” is the main idea that I put in every residential complex. Total security, safety and confidence. A place where residents feel literally like they are behind a stone wall.
There are no slippery stairs, open manholes, mud, car-cluttered yards, no obstacles for people with wheelchairs. Instead, there is greenery, comfort, and clean air. There is a wonderful community that takes care of its fortress together. It’s a great place to live, raise children and instil the right values in them from an early age.
Since 2015, we have managed to build the Family Fortress residential complex in Rovantsi and the Family Fortress. Happiness” in Strumivka. In total, these are 500 apartments. 300 of them are already occupied by happy owners. And we are preparing to build three new residential complexes, even more modern and comfortable. I am sure that the developer has a great influence on the kind of people who will live in his houses. Will they become good and caring neighbours, or will they lock themselves in their homes and not know each other’s names? This is laid down at the planning stage. The number of storeys in a building, its suitability for certain life scenarios, the thoughtfulness of the adjacent territory, the location in general – all this shapes the lifestyle and brings together people who like this lifestyle. So, in the end, we have not a dry list of residents, but a community of like-minded people, almost friends. At least I am doing my best for this.
