About cooking

Sometimes I wonder where this combination of passions – building and cooking – comes from. Maybe it’s because I have a deep, genetically determined programme to protect and feed my tribe. After all, the security provided by a roof over your head and food are basic human needs. Do you remember Maslow’s pyramid?

Anyway, I like to cook and I know how to cook. I’m happy and proud when I see that the guests like it. And I am happy to share my recipes.
